Consultation is by appointment only and made either by telephone or at the desk.
Please arrange a separate appointment for each person and if you are unable to come, let us know.
The consultation times vary and can be obtained from the reception staff.
Patients with urgent problems will be assessed on the same day.
Preference to consult a particular doctor will always be considered and accommodated as far as is possible.
Should you require an interpreter, this can be arranged by reception.
Appointment reminders are sent by text message so please ensure we hold an up to date mobile phone number.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you cannot keep an appointment at the surgery. This can be done online by using our appointment cancellation form.
If a patient aged between 16 and 75 years has not had a practice consultation within a period of three years, we are happy, on request, to provide a consultation.
If a patient aged 75 years or over has not had a practice consultation within a period of twelve months, we are happy, on request, to provide a consultation.
If you are unable to attend the surgery but require medical attention, please telephone 0141 531 8970 before 10am if possible.
The receptionist may ask you to speak to the on call doctor or nurse to discuss your requirements.
The receptionist will require to take some detail from patients on the advice required.
The doctor/nurse will respond to such calls as soon as is possible.
