Letters/Certificates for Students

The Practice does not routinely issue letters for periods of sickness that may occur during your term time, for your University/College. Please note requests for letters to state you are unfit to sit your exams must be requested via a routine appointment or telephone consultation with the doctor. These types of requests are not classed as an emergency.

Emergency appointments must not be used for this type of request.

All letter requests must be paid in advance, this is due to the high volume of patients who request letters, but fail to collect them.
